it's 12:09 am now

that's Hamster hugging the tip of the bottle, sleeping.
cute isnt he?
Hamster and Baby joined my family about 2months ago, when Hector wanted a pair of hamsters. since then, i have been taking care of them, feeding them, playing with them and changing their bedding every week.
they were all doing well, except for a few fights, major ones - with puncture wounds, here and there. Hamster was always giving Baby wounds, and i guess Baby got his revenge as i've found a tear on Hamster's ear. but now they are coping well, adapting well with each other's presence under the same roof.
they sleep together too.
how cute can they be.
Baby was the skinny one, while Hamster was the plump one.
that was then.
and one day, they decided to switch roles. Baby is now the plump one, eating well, sleeping well, and the fights have stopped. however, Hamster is losing weight drastically, not eating much, and having diarrhoea since a week ago.
i wonder if Baby is bullying him and being the dominant male.
i've observed that whenever i feed them both, Baby will be the one stuffing most of the food into his pouch, and leaving Hamster holding onto one sunflower seed and nibbling at a corner. now i've always try to isolate the both of them and let Hamster feed first. and whenever i put Baby back into the cage, Hamster stops eating.
and since, Hamster became the skinny one. real skinny if you compare him to Baby.
and that is really worrying me.
gonna bring both of them to the vet hospital tmr, and see what the vet could do to salvage the situation. i guess it's really bad for Hamster as he is all weak and fragile. and he is kind of having a really slow response to my touch.
explains how weak he is.
i really hope he can endure just another night before he can get all the treatment he needs.
please please, don't let him die.
