it's 11:59 am now
the good weekend is coming to an end. =(
i have never felt so relaxed for a long long time.
a lazy afternoon + cycling from Tampines to Downtown East was all it takes.
friday was well-spent because school ended at 12. so there was a visit to NYP, and then CCN day, though it was quite boring and most of the time i was slacking away during my shift. XD and also i went for my first ever mini concert 'DreamzII' in TP. lol. was there to support Salvo only, and the other performances totally did not catch my attention at all. wasnt a bit interested, don't ask me why, i don't know.
next was the movie '2012' at Century Square. draggy at first, but overall it was good. it was already 52minutes past midnight when the show ended, so Sam and i had to walk back to her place - a slow walk home in the drizzle.
the rest of the night was spent lazing ard, and finally fell asleep when we were not supposed to - we were supposed to eat before we slept but the dream god came to look for us first. HAHA.
so it was saturday, woke up slightly past 1pm. i would have slept a little longer given the conditions of the room - the curtains, the sealed windows, the black trash bags on the windows (if you know what i'm talking abt, you will know.) they just give you the feeling that it's still early. haha.
time just flew by, and it was already 6pm when we set off to Downtown East on bikes. it was kind of out of our plan to cycle that late - we planned to cycle in the morning, but we were overwhelmed by tiredness.
it was a great experience, with little accidents here and there, and by the time we came back, it was already 930pm. packed up, freshened up and then home sweet home.
LESSON LEARNT for the day.
there's a saying 话不要说得太早. i've heard it and i've seen it. someone was saying that she didnt ever fall off her bike at one moment, and then she was being flung out from her bike the next moment. poor girl. HAHA. okie, i shall not be mean. XD but my heart skipped a beat when i saw her being thrown out of her bike. i was cycling behind her and i managed to stop in time. if not, i would have crashed into her and thrown out of my bike too and over the railings. lol.
it was a day to remember. not cycling, nor the fall, but something else. XD
urgh, it's sunday. which means more tests, quizzes, and another week nearer to mid term exams.
