amidst from all the assignments, projects, reports and tests, i'm glad that i still have my Saturdays FREE from all these tortures and living a healthy lifestyle with firmer and more toned thighs!! heh, claimed by Sam though.

so what have i been spending my Saturdays?

i've been cycling for the past 2 consecutive weeks, and today marked the 3rd time. so, cycling seems like to be a routine, a must-do exercise on Saturdays. haha. and to explore each and every part of the East.

last week we cycled approximately 30km, to and fro from Tampines to ECP and all the way to the other end of ECP. i remembered tt i was really 3/4 dead by the time we got back to Tampines and i just can't carry on anymore. we were supposed to drop by Pasir Ris E!hub for a cup of Cup Walker (p.s. Cup Walker serves superb bubble milk tea with really awesome pearls!!!) but my grumpiness, tiredness and black-faced were too overwhelming for Sam to take. she was so scared that i might faint halfway, so we cycled back to her place instead of dropping by Pasir Ris.

and for today, we cycled approx. 25km or so, and we went to explore Changi Village and Changi Beach Park. what happened today was kind of drama, with weird uncles and construction workers staring at me cos of my attire, and to the extend that the traffic light had actually turned green but that one uncle on his bike was too obsessed in staring at me and that caused him to get horned by the cars behind. HAHAHA. he was still trying to stare with a smirk on his face after he went off! omg can, so despo. ROFL.

so then we continued our journey, to Changi Beach Park and then to the perimeters of the Changi Airport. the feeling was just so nice, so relaxing as the planes took off from the airport. and then we were being questioned and chased away by the Airport Auxillary Police outside the perimeter of the airport cos apparently we were just too close to the airport's parameters. we were just resting, and enjoying the scenery but guessed we stayed for too long. mayb they were just afraid that we might plan the next bombing or whatsoever. haha c'mon, we are just 2 innocent adolescences! XD so we turned around and cycled back, passed by some beautiful woods and trees, enjoyed the peacefulness of the scenery and back to Changi Village. and by the time we reached Changi Village, it started to rain like nobody's business. the weather was just crazy, it can be sunny at a moment, and raining heavily the next. kind of stuck at one of the bus stop cos we didnt want to brave through the rain. we might fall, skid to our deaths. hahaha. better not take the risk right? hahaha so waited for about 10mins or so, till the rain became lighter.

and yup, to our next destination - Pasir Ris E!hub for Cup Walker cos we didnt managed to get it the last time round, and really LATE lunch. more like high tea by the time we reached. Sam had her Subway while i stared at her cos i didnt really felt like putting anything down my throat cos i'm kind of full after drinking so much water while cycling. popped by Cup Walker after high tea, NTUC to get some cup noodles back, and then back to her place!

we were halfway when it started raining like crazy again, and this time round, we couldn't be bothered to look for a bus stop to seek shelter, so we braved through the rain, almost skidded somewhere somehow, and reached back at her place, WET. not really very wet but still wet enough to see through. hahaha.

slacked and rested, then home sweet home for me while Sam went to town to meet her mum. and here i am, blogging instead of TRYING to complete my assignments that are going to be due on Monday. hahaha.

and oh ya, i've got freaking ugly tannlines on my back now!! :((( i'm so going to go tanning during my 2 weeks break before xmas!
