怀孕的女人是最美丽的。
i personally think so. all of them are carrying little angels sent from heaven.
carrying a bump in front of them is not an easy task, but it is a bundle of joy shared between the parents. 9months of gestation period is not long nor short, and with a blink of an eye, the little angel is born. and that's when you must fulfill your responsibility in bringing them to the world and be their parents, for at least 21years, before they stepped into adulthood. it's not easy.
i have been reading up on those young mummies' blogs since a year ago. reading through the entries that they had put up, and the journey of their pregnancy to when their babies are born. critics have argued that they shouldn't bring the child to the world when they can't even afford to bring up the child. on the other hand, some have encouraged them to be strong.
where people have different opinions, i feel that they did the right choice when they fulfill their responsibility in bringing up their kids. this issue lies in a grey matter where nobody can argue if it's right or wrong. it's a personal choice.
some might choose to abort the child, being fearful that their parents would find out, being fearful that they might not cope, being fearful of almost everything that comes to their mind. but once they choose to abort it, there's no return. and what's worst is they might be living with guilt for the rest of their lives, dreaming about the unborn angel once in a blue moon, waking up in the middle of the night wondering if it was the right decision, wondering what would the situation be like now if she didnt choose to abort it in the first place. would the child be a year old? would the child be able to walk now? would the child be calling you "mama" whenever you return home and gives you the warmest hug in the world?
too exaggerating? no, it's not.
okay, back to the young mummies's blogs. most of them are just in their teens, some of them are coping well, not only with one child, but two. i personally like to read some of the entries, where they post up pictures of their kids, their everyday lives, the small but heartwarming little things that the kids do that brightened up the day.
one of which is only 22 this year and currently in her 8th month and married. no, it's not shotgun. she got engaged and married to her boyfriend of 8years so that she could follow him to the US for his army. she is a good example on how the couple coped with the joy overseas, without their parents. her blog shows how both of them build their little family, from choosing the baby's clothes to preparing the crib. the joy, the happiness that no one would be able to experience but truly only to them. being in love is everything. it's a gift sent from heaven.
we are now in the 21st century. teens nowadays have become more liberal and they are not like those you can find in the 70s. but still, it's a personal issue.
