my lappy is revived!! :))))))

laptop was down since monday night, thus explains my disappearance. LOL. my laptop actually DENIED me from login in! it shows "Access is denied" when i typed in the password at the startup page.

can you believe that?

spent 3days of calling to Hewlett-Packard customer service and finally got my laptop repaired on the 3rd day.

1st day - din have my model number and serial number with me.

2nd day - got my model number, serial number, port number, whatever details. BUT they need my laptop by my side. -_-"

3rd day - i learnt my lesson. i called from home. LOL. and spent 1hour+ talking to the customer service operator. hahaha. YAY.

haha written by my OBC lecturer. damn lame.
